The project was created for a family of four, where purity of lines, the play of light, and a restrained color palette create a sense of spaciousness and lightness. Every decision adheres to the "nothing superfluous" principle.
The space has been unified to create a single luminous and airy environment. The opening between the kitchen and the loggia was removed, allowing for a cohesive composition. The dining area is defined by a separate structure clad in tiles with a subtle marble pattern, featuring warm lighting on both sides from floor to ceiling, which emphasizes the verticality and adds a sense of lightness to the interior.
Kitchen-living room
The loggia houses a relaxation area with an armchair and a small table. This has created a cozy spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The refrigerator and freezer were relocated to the loggia, which freed up the main kitchen space and made it more ergonomic.
Loggia
A space maintained in neutral tones. The central element is a low bed with a soft headboard. Storage systems are concealed behind floor-to-ceiling fronts. A vanity table by the window occasionally doubles as a workspace. Linear matte black light fixtures and a full-wall mirror in a thin metal frame emphasize the graphic quality. The windows are decorated with a sheer veil without heavy curtains.
Bedroom
Light and airy, with matte surfaces and chrome fixtures. The walls and floor are finished with large-format tiles in a milky shade. Built-in lighting creates an effect of floating elements.
Bathroom
The largest room is dedicated to the children. The space with two windows is divided into zones: sleeping, resting, and studying. On the wall—a monochrome drawing: a coral base with graphic white lines, adding lightness and dynamism. The furniture is functional, with concealed storage systems to maintain an airy feel.
