Project of a three-room apartment in a contemporary style. The first step we took was replanning the apartment for more functional use. Despite the area (84 m²), we considered and allocated every centimeter of the space. The result of this meticulous work is a functional, airy, and spacious apartment with a large kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a children’s room, and a walk-in closet.
The main area — the kitchen-living room — is equipped with a large 75" TV, a functional kitchen, and an excellent dining table. A sofa with a full sleeping space for two guests is also provided.
Kitchen-living room
The room is executed in creamy shades. On the wall opposite the bed, gypsum 3D panels with soft rounded forms are installed, featuring an integrated floor-to-ceiling mirror between them. This solution visually expands the space and adds depth and light to the interior. Along the ceiling perimeter, we provided RGB lighting, allowing the clients to create the desired mood in the space.
Bedroom
We showed what a nursery for children under 5 and under 18 would look like, zoning the space and thinking ahead about what its owners would need.
