We present to you a detailed landscape design visualization project for a private residence, developed for our regular client—an architect with whom we have been collaborating for a very long time. This project is built on mutual trust. The final visualizations became not just sketches, but working drawings that she could use to implement the project. And some of the finished photos are impossible to distinguish from the initial 3D models—we worked as a single team.
The architect particularly emphasized the importance of smooth transitions between zones, which we implemented: the formal entrance area with stone pathways, the terrace with panoramic views, and the private spa-center are visually connected through materials — solid wood decking and textured stone. The detailing of the paving and joints was executed with a focus on naturalness, as required by the concept.
Territory and zoning
Perennial grasses, coniferous compositions, and trimmed shrubs form a multi-layered texture. The evening lighting was developed together with the architect down to the smallest details — so that the light would accentuate the volumes, not merely illuminate them.
