We created a detailed visualization of the area around the house, transforming the slope on the bank of the Volga into a functional and aesthetic space for a family of four. The significant elevation difference was taken into account and became an advantage of the project, allowing for the creation of multi-level zones with panoramic views of the river.

The parking area is located on the upper level, paved with stone and equipped with a drainage system. The recreation area with a playground is situated in the backyard with a direct view of the Volga.

Zoning of the territory

Local plants resistant to moisture fluctuations were used. Pathways and steps made of paving follow the natural topography. Night lighting is integrated into the railings for both safety and atmosphere.
