The project in the "Zolotaya Zvezda" residential complex began, as always, with a global reconfiguration. The clients (a young family with a child) decided to convert the original kitchen space into a full-fledged children’s room. It was decided to move the kitchen into the entrance hall, or more precisely—to borrow space from the entrance hall. The only complications arose with the sewage system: the distance to the main stack exceeded 5 meters, so a sewage pump was installed in the kitchen. This is a special compressor that helps "push" waste through the sewage system.
For more efficient use, a garbage disposal unit was installed in the sink.

Another important technical element in the entire apartment is the air conditioning system. The main unit is located on the loggia, inside one of the storage systems. Air intake is conducted from outside. The apartment is situated high up, on the 20th floor. There is constant wind here, and opening windows is not always convenient, yet the desire for fresh, clean air remains.

We extended the ventilation duct throughout the entire apartment. This made it possible to heat, ventilate, and exhaust stale air in all rooms using just a single air conditioning unit.
The entryway itself turned out compact. A sliding wardrobe for seasonal storage, a floor-to-ceiling mirror, and an entryway pouf. The walls are decorated with slats, lit by LED strips.

Doors to all rooms are hidden, with the panels painted to match the wall color. The walls themselves are painted in several shades; the entire project features various types of finishes: paint, wood, soft coverings, and Italian marble. In all rooms except the bathroom and toilet, light-toned engineered wood flooring is used.
Hallway
The space is executed in dark shades using multi-layered lighting. The walls are adorned with Italian marble and painted in a graphite color. Soft wall panels are installed in the bed area. Large mirrors visually expand the room’s dimensions.
Bedroom
Walk-in closet is bright, divided into two sections — his and hers; the loggia houses a storage system and a workspace.
Dressing room
The bathroom is finished with matte gray tiles and natural wood-look tiles. led lighting runs along the perimeter of the ceiling. all access panels are hidden behind a wall in the toilet, concealed by a service hatch; the kitchen sewage line also runs here, routed through a technical channel in the ceiling.
Bathroom
The children’s room is designed in calm tones with an accent dark wall — featuring stars and a graphite wall for drawing. a large storage system for toys and school supplies is installed, as well as a sliding wardrobe for the child’s belongings.
