For the two-room apartment project, we started with the most fundamental step — demolishing walls and reconfiguring the layout. We integrated the loggia with the kitchen, as the kitchen space itself was very small. This solution allowed us to relocate the refrigerator and washing machine to the loggia, as they simply did not fit into the main area.
The next step was removing the wall with the opening between the corridor and the kitchen. This decision helped visually "free up" the space, adding a sense of airiness. The developer "obliged" us by installing a 500 mm high lintel in front of the wall to be demolished. Lastly, but no less important, was the demolition and reconstruction of the wall between the corridor and the living room, along with relocating the openings.

The room that set the tone for the entire apartment. Here, we combined several colors and materials, dividing the space into two zones: a working (storage) area and a guest area. The contrast between light and dark emphasized this division.

Living room
Very compact. The technical components were concealed behind the kitchen cabinet fronts. Specifically, the lower section, due to its depth, accommodated even the dishwasher. As planned, the refrigerator and washing machine were "relocated" to the loggia. Access to them is convenient and wide—there will be no issues with loading groceries or laundry. All household chemicals can be stored in the same cabinet. The refrigerator is harmoniously integrated into the storage system—the homeowner will be able to use it easily.
Kitchen
Spaces finished with porcelain stoneware in two shades: gray with marble veining and a warm light wood tone. The sanitaryware is white, the fixtures are matte black. Unlike chrome surfaces, the graphite color creates accents and emphasizes the project's stylistic cohesion.
