The Emilink Group of Companies approached us for assistance in organizing office space for negotiations and relaxation.

An open area of 200 m² was divided into functional zones: a brand zone at the entrance, a mini-kitchen, a lounge area, a meeting room, and an exhibition area. The facility is located in an industrial zone with distinctive architectural features. The raw walls and massive concrete columns retain their original texture. The ceiling slabs and beams also remain in their pristine state, complemented by color accents. The main objective was to maximize the preservation of exposed utility systems and the industrial aesthetic.

We organized a compact hidden kitchen that can be closed with doors when needed. Similar doors were used for the wardrobe cabinet at the entrance. A large window (3×2.5 m) was cut into the outer wall, and a lounge area for informal communication was placed nearby.
A large meeting table for 25 people was installed along the room. The structures are illuminated with LED strip lighting, emphasizing the massiveness and uniqueness of the space. A sharp color contrast (graphite and white) and an accent corporate green lend the interior strictness and individuality.

The space is designed with a calm business aesthetic that blends modernity with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The finishing incorporates natural wood slats integrated into wall panels and furniture, adding natural warmth and tactility to the interior. Large windows provide an abundance of natural light, highlighting the texture of the materials.

The central lighting element is a large linear suspended LED luminaire with a matte diffuser, which evenly fills the space with soft light, avoiding harsh shadows. Its minimalist form perfectly aligns with the overall minimalist concept.
